Cashflow
A Cashflow statement reports cash in and cash out movements in operations and finances in a period of time.
Cashflow and liquidity metrics are a class of financial metrics used to determine a debtor's ability to pay off current debt obligations without raising external capital. Liquidity ratios measure a company's ability to pay debt obligations and its margin of safety. These metrics are used in the Financial Health Index to figure out how the company is able to pay their short-term obligations such as payroll, bills and debt payments.
Positive cashflow not only stabilizes revenue and cashflow forecasting, but also gives access to immediate extra cash to invest. So motivate customers to sign up for annual deals and start making plans for growth.

Cash Runway
Cash Runway is generally used as a KPI by loss-generating startups, as the cash runway measures the time at which the company uses up its available cash to cover operating expenses (Formula: company cash / monthly operating expenses). The higher the burn rate, the faster the company will run out of cash unless it can attract more funding or receives additional financing.
