How to create a Calqulate account

Getting Started

Do you want to make finance easier understandable and more actionable? Do you want to be able to work with your finance like a pro CFO?

Then let's get your Calqulate account set up.

Firstly, go to and click Sign Up.


Enter your Name, Email and create a Password.

Read Calqulate's Terms of Service and accept them by setting a tick.

If you want to stay up to date about new features and products tick also the second box.

Confirm with Create my account


Go to your email inbox and click on the link you got from Calqulate to activate your account. The link will redirect you back to Calculate. Login with your Email address and the Password you created.


Add your organization's name, the country in which your company is based and the currency in which you would like your data to be displayed.

Note: The currency you choose is the one in which your data is displayed. However, with Calqulate you can manage data in other currencies as well. Calqulate will convert all the data into one currency so it is easier for you to monitor. You can also change the reporting currency at any time.

After inserting your data, click Submit.


That's it, your Calqulate account is set up and you are ready to operate.
